Shopbot moving to wrong position

My Shopbot Desktop MAX is moving 6.000" in the positive direction more than it should. I have a program that is just a straight line down X4.000 from Y.125 to Y23.000 and every time I run it the shopbot goes to X10.000.

I moved home to X18.000 Y12.000 and now it travels to X24.000 Y12.000. The Y position is always right.

There are no offsets set in the machine or the program. In the screenshot you see the program calling X4.000 but the shopbot is at X10.000. It is traveling down that line when I stopped the program.

Any suggestions?

I was using Tool 50. I read something about using Tools 1-19, higher number Tools have an offset.... I changed it to Tool 1 and it seems to be okay.

On another note, I've run this tool (number 50) before without this issue.

Yes, the tool number was most likely your problem. 1-19 only. There are offests and other things built into the file using tool numbers > 19.

I'm no expert, but not sure how it ran before as tool 50.
