Hello all,

Before I go down the road of creating a CAD model of my machine, I'd like to know if one already exists. I'm looking for a solid model (STEP, Parasolid, etc) of the Shopbot PRT 96 machine. I can model it myself if needed but I thought I'd ask first. The reason I would like the model is to work on a machine simulation project and I wanted to use the ShopBot as an example.

Thanks in advance,

Keith

How accurate does it need to be? When I did our shop layout in sketchup, I found a model in their warehouse that fit the bill for me.

You could just use this:

I'm pretty sure that they are close enough in size that it would work.

Thanks all. The sketchup file would work, but it's tricky as it appears to be a mesh and I need a solid. SolidWorks has trouble with it. I'll keep looking.
