Circuit board drivers - help please

We are a charitable organization making small things for children hospitals and we have blown a couple of drivers because of a wiring problem. We can't afford the price that Shopbot charges for repair, so we are trying to repair the boards ourselves but can't get delivery for 5 weeks. The chips we need are: dips and designated as A3955SB.

A google search on A3955SB didn't give expected results. Apparently, the part is somewhat hard to find.
