Partworks 3D Crashing Due to Machining Margins

I have a part and need to isolate just a certain part of it to run a small tool to pick up some fine detail work. I use the machining margins to bring in the area just a bit bigger than my 1/8" tool.

Everything goes well until I try to program the roughing toolpath. I get an error saying that there are duplicate lines, crossings, etc...

It will not program the toolpath fully, but just part of it.

On top of this, the program will crash giving me a prompt that the program has become unresponsive.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Do you guys have any advice on any work arounds so the program does not crash?

You may also try their forum with screenshots or cut files for them to pore over and I am sure someone there can help or at least give you an answer...joe
