I am getting runtime error 13 type mismatch when I try to safe toolpaths.

Anybody on here able to help me with the latest problem. All my parts are approx. .020 to big on my onion skin pass, but only on two sides.
I have gone back to the Shopbot control software and cut perfect rectangles, so I think it is in one of my settings. I have a job that requires about
35 laminate cabinets. I certainly don't want to go back to tablesaw methods, but my deadline is fast approaching. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

not sure but I think it has to do with your tool

either the tool number or the tool being used for mortise
