Talk to Gary Campbell on this forum. I've got one of his systems on my machine (I got it as a replacement/upgrade to my 4G controller) and it's fantastic.

Not sure what kind of ShopBot you've got, but since mine's a PRS I was able to upgrade to quite a bit more power. Gary makes systems like this for PRTs as well that offer a speed and bower boost.
