3d Button Model

Does anyone have a 3d button model? If you do could you share it with me. My wife has a project she wants done, so I'm trying to figure this out. See the attached image Thank you

That would be relatively easy to model up in Aspire, if you have it. Could also possibly be done as a 2D cut with the right cutters.
