Made a few more skulls they sell pretty fast and are easy to make I start with a 2d pocket route and finish by hand with chainsaw and die grinders. Then torch it with a big weedburner propane torch.

On these I used a wire brush wheel in a drill after burning to groove out the grain, the pictures do not really do the effect justice.

Great work on all of them Brian! (especially if they sell well) :)
Personal favorite is the top, all burnt one though. Is all burnt faster to finish product than the other two? Seems like it would eliminate fuzzies pretty well:)
Got any pics of your booth this year? Miss seeing the critters:)

Scott I pretty much burn everything for the reason of getting the fuzzies off, then a nylon abrasive brush wheel followed with flap sanding, and some get the wire wheel brush, I have a few pictures of last weeks setup all the dino skulls went as well as the pumpkins.
