Zeroing x and y

I tried to zero my x,y with the c3 command and the x zeros fine but the y will not zero it hits the stop and just tries to keep going. The proximity stops work when I run the machine.

Stupid Question... but is the Y prox adjusted to trip the system when it comes near the bolthead? & have you tried to trip it out manually (drive it over with the keyboard)?

When I drive it over the bolt it trips and stops or I can trip it manually anywhere along the y with a piece of metal.

I would try resetting your shopbot.ini file and go through the set up again, sounds like the file is bad & double check your values for the pox switches.
