EF error message

Desktop Max with spindle, get error message EF. I can move the spindle but it will not turn. I have unplugged everything, and restarted the computer, and the EF continues to flash. Any help much appreciated. --Edit 'will not turn on'.

Update—EF error message is External Fault. It was a disconnected wire inside the VFD, probably from my bumping one of the cables going into the bottom of the VFD. Ben, at Support, identified the problem, and resolved the issue quickly. Pretty darned good tech support for a Sunday afternoon. Thanks, Ben.
