Probably good parts in there. The Gecko drives for sure. Those sell of about $129 new and so should ve worth $50 to 75 used.
One thing I learned in the Old Car hobby is "There is always a reason" that the car was put up on blocks. I would apply that here and feel that the main board is for parts.
For about twice the money you can get brand new from Gary Campbell and know that it will work properly.

More like 3 times as much Gary's new prices are about $1800 for his control box. The one on Ebay would be a quick upgrade for an old unit
