3D Model of Desktop?

Anyone know where I can find a 3D model of the D2418> Doesn't have to be a detailed full-action model with articulated joints and animation like in Fusion. I just want it for planning alterations to my shop. Thanks!

Here's one that I just made. It's an OBJ file, and I'm not sure if it will import into your program at the same side, but it should be 38" wide on it's longest (X) axis.
