I am attempting to carve a presentation badge using Vectric Model Bade #5805 A
I am running Aspire 9.0
I was advised that a model can be taken apart using Aspire to make changes?
If this is true how is it accomplished.
I want to delete one part and changeone other

Yes it can be done...however, your question is very much like the following situation:

I just got back from the music store with my new guitar. Can you tell me how to play Sweet Home Alabama real quick?

Both examples require learning via some kind of training. Aspire comes complete with video tutorials and sample projects that will teach you to do what you want. However, there is no hand holding or examples specific to your exact part, so you're on your own on that path.

There are also those of us who do this type of work professionally who would be happy to modify your artwork to your specifications for a few bucks. If this is something you want to have done, contact me off list.
