I am collecting data for a project to assist ShopBot in determining software and hardware directions for the future. Consider this a survey to see where you, the people that buy them, feel they stack up against the rest of the offerings out in todays world. It will only take a few minutes of your time.

Please answer the questions in this survey honestly. They are collected anonymously and I don't "trap" emails or IP ad's. The percentage totals will be shared with the company. Thank you for your help.

Any survey that has answers that may not apply to the user should have a "not applicable" choice or your statistics are going to be ruined by random answers.

For instance:

How Do You Feel ShopBot Compares to Machines You See Advertised Today in it's Price Class?

There is no "not applicable" or "no experience" answer here so I had to abort your survey. There are several questions that have this problem. If you are going to make an answer mandatory and do not want erroneous data, then make sure the answer has some way for the respondent to indicate they have no answer.

Please amend it appropriately.

John...
Since this was an opinion poll, and since you could not match your opinion with the answers, aborting the survey was the best response for you. Thank you for participating.

I just took it. Got cut off in the comments section due to my lengthy comment - just FYI for any others about to take the survey.

Shopbot is the best. Vectric is the best. Adobe Illustrator is excellent.
If they could get everything MAC compatible, they would probably see increased revenue.
