clipart and model files for Vcarve Pro

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how I can get the basic clipart or model files to try on my Shopbot Max?

When I go to Vcarve it says I need to be registered to use the Portal transfer but does not see me as a user. I know my system was purchased through Shopbot.

What i read says the clip art and models is in a separate download due to size and I do not know where or how to access it.

I know not all files are free but I would like to have basic tutorial files.

I I'm understanding correctly, you'll have to contact Sales at Shopbot and pay for a License Transfer.
IF VCP 8 and up, then ask for the download link for all the 3D models and clipart that came with it.
You probably have the standard Shopbot Edition...and you don't go through the Vectric Portal for that.
For the extra freebies, do as David said and download.
Hope I understood correctly that you are not the original owner?
