Limit switch problems, still

I never had a problem with Limit Switch error messages until I downloaded the latest version of software. Now I get errors randomly across the table in the middle of running files and every time it hits a limit switch it throws off the 0,0 location by a little bit.
I tried turning off the file limit checking and I reset the zero on the table base locations.
When I run a file in preview mode it's all fine but as soon as the Bot starts running I get errors.
Anyone have a suggestion?

try reinstalling 3.5.3 and see.
I had problems with a short with a prox switch. and electric noise from a heater and an un-grounded dust collection hose to the router.
