What is the licensing model and seat count for the Autodesk Fusion 360 software that came with our ShopBot table top CNC machine?

I use Fusion 360 [and like it] a lot- it is free for casual or hobby use or a company making less than $100k a year.

(http://shopbottools.com/mProducts/software_fusion360.htm)Third paragraph talks about "free 1 year commercial account"
Based on the description, I'd say it's Fusion 360 standard.

I have read the information on the page linked above. We are a university so, we're not hobbyist or a for-profit company. We will have students using the software and just wanted to be legal for the education space. Thoughts?

I don't know about using the ShopBot-supplied license on student's personal computers, but they can each get a free 3 year license from Autodesk:

Fusion 360 would be installed on the university's lab computers, not on a student's personal device. Does that change the licensing perspectives?

Here are the instructions from Autodesk for setting up Fusion 360 in a lab.

Hi Judson, the ShopBot partner promotion we provide can be used by any ShopBot user. Installing the software on all the lab computers is not a problem, I believe where you will run into a hangup is getting all users registered.
Your students each can register using the promotional code and their own individual email addresses, as you would not be able to have all the PC's logged into the same user account with the promo code.
Though, the educational promotion probably applies to you and the lab more than the ShopBot partner promo.
