VFD Controls

Just got my new spindle hooked up to my buddy and I can't figure out how to control the vfd. I understand I'm looking at Hertz and not RPM and how to convert that but I'm not quite for sure I understand how to change the settings in order to make it faster or slower and I'm not understanding the manual. If someone could explain it to me I'm guessing it's not that difficult

Thank you while I have that hook up my control board doesn't have the correct card in it to run it from the software so I have to run the vfd manually

Its reading 12.0 so im guessing thats 12000 rpm ?
