Moulding fun

I had a weird bit of moulding to make with a 3" radius, 1/4" thick with 1/16" sides edges. I used a piece of 3 1/2" poplar as the stock, cut the profile into it, cut the profile out by slicing it off with a bandsaw then freed the moulding from the base using a drum sander.

I build the profile using Aspire 9 and a 2 rail sweep and 1/4" bits.
