We use a decent amount of T-molding in our shop. Cutting the slot on a hand held router always had the issue of how best to hold the pieces in place. So I designed and cut out pucks and a table for them on the bot. The pucks can be moved around for various size parts and as the hoses are under the table it keeps them from inadvertently getting nicked by the router. Each puck has a spring loaded valve and there is a foot pedal valve for shutting off the vac flow to remove a part. Makes routing the T-molding slots a lot faster.
