Shopbot PRT 96" x 48" x 6" Standard with many upgrades:
2008 4G 'Gecko' controller update from Shopbot with up to 4 IPS / 240 IPM feed rates for cutting (8 IPS / 480 IPM for jog)
Proximity switches, Z-zero plate, extra-long cabled e-stop, Shopbot dust foot, and 3D digitizing probe.
Dell i5 Windows 10 computer pre-loaded with Shopbot control software 3.5.20 and the latest Shopbot version of Vcarve Pro with flatscreen, mouse, keyboard mounted on swing arm.
2012 'Retro Z' Z-axis upgrade (stiffer and more upgrade from Shopbot)
New pinions as of 2016, rails and racks in great shape
All wire runs in E-track
2014 All steel welded table with heavy-duty 'footmaster' casters makes table easy to move and level

2016 Dual-misting 'Fogbuster' system allows for cutting aluminum, steel, thin stainless sheet using normal tap water and compressed air!
Shopbot spring-loaded pressure foot for cutting thin flexible materials (works great with stainless sheet!)

Selling our awesome but older workhorse CNC router to make room for some new machines. Originally bought in 2005, and upgraded in 2008, 2012, 2014, and 2016 with new features this is a great production machine. Great for CNC routing of wood, plastic, foam, and even metal. Full cutting area of 96" x 48" x 6" easily handles most sheet goods, and the table is designed to contain the chips from cutting to minimize mess. The solid steel table with aluminum base sheet adds enough stiffness and stability that with the 'Fogbuster' mist cooling system we're able to even cut thick steel plate and thin stainless steel sheet! The motion control system & computer runs off of 110V while the spindle is currently setup for 220v 3-phase. Comes with all software and manuals needed to get right to work. We can forklift it onto a flatbed at our shop as well for easy moving.
Hoping to get $15,000 for it.
