Aircut/Jog Home

Hey there. I have a 48-48PRS-standard shopbot, and I haven't had issues with the jog home or aircut until now. The last cut I did, we adjusted something from the z axis height when it jogs. Now as I'm trying to aircut a piece, it reaches a limit of height and does not function. I'm not sure how else to describe this situation, but I need to have something cut out. Any solutions?

Did you somehow change the material setup to have the machine Z zero at the spoilboard surface instead of the material surface? Try to cut an older file that you know cuts OK.

Did you zero the z axis "high" at some point and now the safe z height set in the software tries to take it higher and then tops out?
