View Full Version : Can't seem to find Machine

I've installed the latest shopbot software on my Dell LatitudeD520 Laptop. After upgrading the ram, I've run the shopbot off this machine in the past. Now that I have upgraded to Windows 10 I don't seem to be able to have the laptop "find" the machine. In other words I can only run it in preview mode. Any thoughts on why my machine might not be seen by the laptop?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My bot was USB sensitive on a couple of different control machines over the years. Your laptop has 4 USB ports, I would be tempted to try all the USB ports especially with Windoze 10 which is known to be USB sensitive to begin with. Having said all that you might try a new USB cable, what worked on the same machine may not work well with 10. Good luck, I hope you can get it working. Russ
