ShopBot PRT Standard CNC router table. Machine is in great condition, works just as it should, and is ready to start immediately. Machine is under power and can be demoed.
48"x96" working area. Overall table measures approximately 60" x 120". All welded steel table - very heavy duty. Table includes SuperStrut t-slots and MDF base. Material can be clamped with wooden clamp blocks or screwed down directly the table. MDF allows for easy resurfacing if necessary. Rack and pinion drive system. Pinion gears were just replaced - racks are in great shape. E-chain was added to carry all cabling.
Control system upgraded to new 4G style card. Controller was fully serviced and upgraded about a year and half ago. Output switches were replaced, added X and Y proximity switches to automatically zero out the machine to the table. Includes Z-Zero plate assembly for setting bit height. New upgraded Z-axis with integrated router mount. Includes Porter Cable 7519 3-1/4 hp production router motor. Kent dust shoe assembly with 2" and 3" magnetic dust brushes. Quick change collet adapter for easy, fast bit changes (simply use an allen wrench to loosen nut and bit releases from collet). Controller automatically turns router on and off. Uses all 110v power. We use an iVac system to recognize the router is running and turn on the dust collector (not included).
