Problem Running Setup

I'm installing a new computer to run my PRS Alpha and when I run ShopBot Setup and get to the setting dialog screen it doesn't give me the usual pull-down menu for choices for "What type of ShopBot do you have?". It has 3 question marks. One issue may be that when prompted for the type of ShopBot when I first installed the sw I choose PRT instead of PRS. I know there's a way to correct that error but I just can't find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

set the settings to default settings then you can redo it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to reset to the default settings and use the right configuration but when I run setup I still don't have the selection; all I have are 3 question marks.

Have you tried downloading the latest file in case your existing is corrupt?

Talked to Ryan at ShopBot this morning and it was a quick fix. It turns out that running Windows Vista requires that User Account Control be turned off. With it on it prohibits the program from getting data from any file in Program Files directory.
