Part Larger then VCarve file

I am new to VCarve and shopbot I cut HDPE with a .1562 Upcut bit when i cut my parts they are a 1/4 inch larger then my file I am cutting outside on the file Need help

HDPE… be careful! It can take over your shop!

There are several things that could be causing your problem…
First, how is your bit defined in the tool database? If you can cut other proper sized parts, this is likely the culprit!

Yes HDPE is every where we sweep the shop 2 or 3 times a day it is slick under foot
I redid the file in VCarve and got it fixed I hope
