Good evening,
we have kind of an urgent and wierd problem, im already in touch with technical support, but wanted to see if someone else had this problem.
We followed the upgrade manual and it all went well. the thing is that the machine moves without a problem during “movement”, but when I make it jog, the carriages move much less even when I set the movement and jog speed to the same speed… seems that when jogging it moves only a fraction of the real distance. It doesn’t make any strange noises…
A dirty solution we found was to replace all the Js in the .sbp file with Ms, and it works ok.
Also, one time the X axis stopped moving completely, but it got fixed with a general reboot. The same axis became "soft" to the point where i could easily move one of the sides of the carriage even when running.
im open to any suggestions.
