Having an offset problem…

I'm having an offset problem…

I’m running a PRT Alpha with two Z axis (Z and A).
The file I’m running ends with the A-axis run last, when I run the next file, the Z to A offset is still active, making the toolpath 6+” mis placed.
I’ve run this machine many years with out this happening! Has something changed? Am I forgetting something?
How do I clear the offset?

I did a work around… I added a dummy path, switching to the tool in the Z axis before ending the file. It adds a few seconds to the run but at least works!
