Run time error 9

Running a 150000 line file when I get around 40-50000 line I get this error. [Run time error '9'
subscript out of range.]Everything cuts fine and accurate up to that point. Could it be that my computer does not have enough memory? It has 256 mg memory. I've used it for years but never ran this big of a file. Thanks Don

Im currently having a similar problem. But, in my case as soon as I open the Sb3 software the Run-time error '9': subscript out of range appears, and then automatically shuts down the program. Im quite sure the problem lies within my code, possibly a syntax error. If you or anyone else has any insight it would be much appreciated.

Also, input 3 has a vertical green line through it, which indicates the problem. Im not sure how to correct that.
