I have a Shopbot PRS 4x8 that works great. No issues, we have just outgrown it and are looking to upgrade to a bit larger and bit more automated unit. It has been used mostly for cutting HDU so there isn't a lot of wear and tear to the machine. This comes with the computer and control software as well. Selling for $12,000.00.
We have a loading dock so this can potentially be moved as a solid unit without disassembling anything.
