i don't usually cut full sheet items, so never noticed - with new pinions, clean rack, etc, machine was cutting oversize. 96" was actually coming out 96 1/16. SB tech said to adjust unit value by .05, fixed it. Just a heads-up - you wouldn't notice it on smaller cuts, it would be 1/64 or so on a 24" piece, with wood you might blame it on expansion, etc.
