Driver Install Help Needed

Hello,

I'm trying to install 3.8.5 on an up-to-date Win10 machine, and I get an error that the admin has blocked the installer from running. How do I get around it? Screenshot attached. Machine is a ShopBot Desktop. Thank you!

BTW...Mine is the only user account on the computer, and it's an admin account.

I think if you right click on the file the option to install as admin with pop up.

None of that worked, but I did find a workaround. I used the Update Driver tool from Device Manager to navigate to the drivers folder and install the drivers that way.
