I am looking to carve at least 4 sides of a wood block (top, bottom, left, right) on my shopbot buddy (3-axis). Has anyone tried doing this yet? I am using vcarve pro and it seems to only support 2 sided machining natively. I am guessing I need to do this with 2 different vcarve files.
Looking for any tips or insights both in the software and setting up the machine to do this and maintain alignment.

I've done it with two, two-sided files.

Thank you for sharing. I will see if I can adapt something similar to that and make it work.

Perhaps an irrelevant tip:
An indexer makes for an excellent hold down device for doing multi-sided machining.

I ended up making a fixed hold down board with a machined pocket. Each cut used the same XYZ 0 point.
