Can't run setup routine -first time, other concerns

Folks -

Well, We've got a sticky wicket... I can't start the spindle, except in keypad, and I get an error message when I run the SB setup routine. It just says that there was a problem and to run it again. SB *has* apparently picked up some of the useless "help" dialog boxes from Microsoft... Tell you something is worng, but not WHAT is worng and how to fix it...

Okay, If I insert SO 1,1 in a file before MS in the edit mode, and then SO, 1,0 at the end, it works, but how do I modify the spindle speed?

Also, in keypad, how do I change the spindle speed for proper warm up?

Hey John,

If you'll email me some details on the problem you're having with the setup program...what version of the Shopbot software are you running, at what point do you get the error message, etc... I'll see if I can sort out what's going wrong.
