Wind up turntable

I need to design a wind up turntable that will rotate at about 10 rpm. The trick is that it needs to be (1)wind up (Spring driven) (2) metal - aluminum (3) ~10 RPM.

Have any of you seen any plans out there for something like this? I am looking to make one that would act like a chopper wheel for as much as 24-30 hours.

If you have seen any wind up mechanical motor plans, please let me know where... I am out on a hunt to find something to pattern after....
