Squaring Desktop sbp File

I've downsized and having fun with this used D2418.
The desktop runs as should and cuts square and correct depth.

Going through the SBParts directory i came across 2 files and looked at the through the SB Editor to get the general idea what they did.

First file is aa_DESKTOP First Setup.sbp and appears to be a setup file.

Second File is setup file and the second was is the squaring routine, which runs the carriage in the positive in the Y direction Hits the back (i assume there are Hard Stops it hits) and tries to continues to drive in the same direction creating that famous grinding noise while stopped.

Is this the proper way the file should act?
I know I don't need to use those files until some time in the future maybe. But does anyone have any idea what may be wrong or what might fix this? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated

After I've hit the space bar, I then did the c3 to re-zero the x and y

In the PDF there was a youtube link that shows this process.
I noticed that when this hits the hard stop in the back, it hesitates a brief second and then backs off the hard stop. (this is at the 11:50 mark of this video https://youtu.be/vscFI13_tOE )

My my does not stop grinding and back away and give the Tool Squared routine.
I'm wondering why the file creates this error and and how to fix it.
I've added a screen capture of the error msg.

Don,
The single screw Y used on older Desktops does Not require a squaring routine.
I've got a 2013, and had a 2014....it only requires the Zeroing routine to the front left corner of the prox switches.
