Squaring a 2014 desktop gantry

The gantry on my 2014 Desktop is out of alignment. I have adjusted the spoilboard to compensate, but how do I align the gantry on an older Desktop? It’s my understanding that the”crashing” routine won’t work on older machines. It is off by at least 3/16 over 24 inches.

Thanks Scott, I've searched that myself and have never seen it either. I never really discovered the issue, until I did a 2 sided project.
