2nd Head(A) problem

my 2nd Head(A) will not move in the up direction, only
down. have any of you had a similiar problem.
and if so what was the fix?

Did you resolve this?

If not, of course check your wiring, but also check the springs to make sure they haven't gone. Does it make any noise? Have you tried removing the stepper and seeing if it moves when not loaded?
