I had to take a 2 yr heath hiatus, and the other day I could NOT remember the command to "Nudge" axis other than to do a Spacebar Pause, and then Nudge.

Scott Worden told me years ago, but I think one of strokes Deleted it.
(Couldn't POSSIBLY be me forgetting stuff as I age!!!) :) :)

Could anybody remind me?
Tried a search but must be using wrong terms:(
Thanks,
scott

Hey Scott, glad you're back at it! That would be MN (Move Nudge).

Ha Scott!!
Ya, been having fun till this happened.
Than you AGAIN!!
I tried a bunch of stuff, but apparently not "MN"(which is VERY useful!)
I was Z'ing off of spoilboard Scott, with 1.82" white oak burl, and needed to go -.01" DOWN.
In SA mode....it sure DID go down....it tried to go .1" INTO my spoilboard THROUGH the burl, and a panicked spacebar pause lifted the whole burl up and snapped the .125" shank .25MM TBN clean off as it lifted the WHOLE burl up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
STILL tying to dig half an inch of carbide out of the 3D:)

Those tiny bits are sure a PITA! to dig out....smaller than finish nails! :)
Thanks again Scott!
(Glad to see you're still checking in:)
