Limit Switch lights up but carraige doesn't stop

Ok I can't figure out what happened. Yesterday all was fine. Today I start up the SB and run the Homing routine and the motors don't stop, the red leds on the senors lights up, the #3 post on the "control board" on the screen lights up but the steppers just keep on steppin'. Any ideas? oh I'm running the latest ALPHA.

Never mind. I don't know how it happened but the limit switch Value (VN) was set at 0 making it not a limit switch, I reset to 1 and it's working again.
But i still don't know how the Value change came about.

Evan, I have had the same problem several times during jogging. I rebooted each time and it fixed the problem, I never looked at the VN setting.
