path/file access error

anyone know how to fix this or what it means?????
Please help I have 800 students waiting to use this machine at one point during the school year!!!

It's hard to tell for sure without more details, but here's what that error message usually means:

"Program does not have rights or access to a file. Often this is caused when a program is trying to access a network file it doesn't have proper access to either because of network privileges or something is blocking the program. This issue can also be caused when the file is being used by another program or is read-only"

I am in contact with the IT dept. for my school district. I believe that it has something to do with the INI or IN file? I am not a computer guru by any means so when these bugs occur it usually takes some time for me to get through them. Its also hard when you have no access to the C:/ drive to save things. So I think I am on the right track with the IT department at school.

All set it was that I did not enough access and IT took care of that!!
