!20 volt power cord

I have a standard PRT. I broke off the grounding lug on the 120 volt power cord. I cut the plug off and striped the wires to put on a new plug. The only problem is I don’t know what wires are what. The colors are brown, blue and yellow with a green line. Would anybody know what is power, neutral and ground Thank you

Brown = A.C. Hot, Blue = A.C. Neutral, Green/Yellow = A.C. Ground.
