Zero

Why is it that after zeroing Z to either bed or surface, Z always goes back to 1.001" instead of 1.00"? Even if I set the Z to 1.00, and then home it, and cut any file, it goes back to 1.001, which messes up depths of cuts.

I have been having the same problem with not only the Z but with both the x and/or the y...since I upgraded to the latest software.
