Keyboard Controls

I'll probably call support Monday, but it's Saturday and maybe someone has an answer. I have a PRT Standard Benchtop and just installed the 4G board. Everything moves in the right direction but when I do keyboard controls to move, everything "jogs" to where I want it to go. If I hit the Ctrl key and arrow, it "moves". So Somehow those key commands are backwards. There are some other issues but this one is a weird one. -Oscar

Did you also install the 4G software and control box loader? I'm not sure, but I remember something like that happened if the XYZ resolution multiplier was set wrong in unit values.

Anyone that has a 4G got an answer on that value?

If you didn't start out with a fresh shopbot.ini file, you may be using your old values.

Call SB anyway, there's usually someone on call that can get back to you by phone or email.
