View Full Version : Not sure if this is normal - Limit Switches

I have proximity switches set up on my router and they work great. However, whenever I hit one and I get the dialog box popup I have to go through the pop up box twice to get the machine to move. Is there any way to adjust this? Perhaps make it not "See" the limit switches within one or two seconds of a resume request. The way it is now is:

Machine Stopped at Limit Switch
Enter Command
Limit Popup (Quit Resume etc.)
Resume
Limit Popup (Quit Resume etc.)
Resume
Running

This is particularily annoying when I move the X all the way to the end of the table to change a bit and then have to resume twice to get it to JH.

Not all that bad, but I would change it if I could.

Nope, submit request to SB support... have you set the table limit (VL command) INSIDE the limit switches envelop (say at least 0.25")?.. then activating File limit checking (SF command or inside VL fill in sheet too)? This will prevent SB3 to actually reach the limit switch; it'll stop BEFORE it reach it because it know where it is... check this out.
