"Reset Stop Button"

I just downloaded the new windows version 117.7.0 and the input #4 light is blinking. Tried to run a file and it says "Reset Stop Button". Does anyone know how? It seems like the space bar is pushed, but it isn't. I reset the Emergency switch and reset that but it didn't work.

Click on (V)aules and then on (N) and change
the setting for it!

Make sure you hit "enter' after making a change, or it won't change the setting.I had the same problem
