I HAVE GONE THROUGH REVISING THE VECTOR FILE AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE IN ORDER.IT ONLY DOES TAHT TO CIRCLES

LARRY: THANKS FOR ANSWERING.
THE PROBLEM IS NOT BIT SIZE.
AN EXMPLE : I HAVE CIRCLES 1,2,3 AND 4.
IT STRATS ON 1, SKIPS 2, PROCEEDS TO 3 AND THEN
IN 4 IT ONLY PENETRATES AT THE INITIAL POINT.
AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS COMPLETELY AT RANDOM.
