My plotter will not complete the entire cut when using CASmate Pro. I have loaded CASmate on my other two systems and it does the same thing. Thus eliminating a plotter problem. Any suggestions?

Hi Dale..

When I send a job to the plotter using CASmate Pro, it only cuts 97% of the job. It doesn't matter if the file is large or small. I have:
1. New HASP plug from Scanvec.
2. New USB cable.
3. Replaced LPT1 port (new)
4. De-installed/re-installed CASmate
5. Tried reconfiguring set-up to different types of plotters.

Just can't figure it out! CASmate worked fine. Just one day it quit finishing the plot. I can see if I had changed systems or plotters, but I haven't. Go figure?
