We finally upgraded the shop computer to Windows XP and I had a problem connecting to the 'Bot. (turns out I was using the wrong COM port - DOH!) I placed a call to Tech Support, and even though it was 6:30PM ET I received a call back just a few hours later.
Excellent support!
Agree 200%. Outstanding support!

Support has been very informal and easy to reach.
There has been NONE of this filling out tickets, leaving phone numbers, emailing anonymous addresses, waiting 24 hours for a response to let me know someone will call me in a few days etc...
In short, what more can I say but outstandingly excellent support.

Trying to talk to support on other products and machinery that I own after talking to ShopBot support makes you kinda wish that they made more than ShopBots don't it.
Keep up the great work guys we all appriciate the work that you do.
