Jagged cut on diagonals

I,ve been getting some jagged cuts on diagonals and on diagonal portions of circles and arcs. The carrage shudders and shakes when it is making these moves. The faster I run the machine the worse it gets.

Anyone have any idea where I might start to look to fix this?
